They actually used a torque wrench on the oil drain plug, filled the tires with nitrogen without me asking, and even noticed a small coolant leak that the dealer missed. The invoice was detailed and they showed me the old parts. It cost a bit more than the average garage but for peace of mind and proper attention to detail, I think it's worth it. Has anyone else made the switch from regular shops to a premium service center and felt it was worth the extra cost? Also wondering if they offer any loyalty discounts for repeat customers. I plan on keeping this car for a long time so I want to build a relationship with a shop that actually cares. Just wanted to share a positive experience for once instead of complaining. Thanks.
