Maserati Ghibli battery dead in DIFC – need affordable replacement

I'm in a bit of a bind here. Parked my Ghibli in the DIFC this morning for a meeting and when I came back, the car was completely dead – no lights, no central locking, absolutely nothing. I managed to get a jump start from a colleague, but now the dash is lit up with warnings and the start-stop system isn't working, which I know is a sign the battery management system is confused. I've heard that Maseratis can be quite particular about batteries and that just swapping it isn't enough; sometimes the car's systems need to be reset or reprogrammed to avoid electrical glitches. Since I'm stuck here in DIFC, I'm looking for a mobile service that can come to me and do a proper job with the replacement and coding without charging an arm and a leg. I need affordable Maserati battery installation in DIFC that uses quality parts and can handle the system reset properly. Has anyone used a mobile battery service around this area and can recommend one that does a proper job at a reasonable price? I really need to get this sorted today before I end up stranded again.
